Anyway, Nanaho is a Puppet Master from Kirigakure who is best friends with Sakumi. While she may appear droll and somewhat emo, Nanaho is actually an intelligent and mature individual with a facetious streak.

Nanaho prefers using live puppets for her own doing, she controls them by using their own hair. She plucks a strand of the target's hair, then stiffens it like a needle before tying it with her own hair strand (the strings in the pic are strands off her own hair). Next she injects the now needle-ized foe's hair into the back of his/her neck so that it connects to the nervous system, allowing her to completely control their every movement. When she no longer needs a live puppet, she simply removes the needle from their necks thus freeing their minds. This method is quite safe and doesn't harm the foe in any way. It's like numbing them out. This technique however, works only if the stolen hair strand is the foe's own and not anyone elses. Plus, it won't work on people who are bald or wear wigs (real hair emanate chakra which is what allows Nanaho to control the person).
